Please read all sections carefully and only provide your consent if you fully understand and accept all conditions. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and meet all legal requirements.
1. Purpose of This Agreement
This Creator Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is required to document your voluntary participation in content creation and live streaming on the SarmasDolas platform. This Agreement ensures:
- Legal compliance with international and local laws
- Protection of your rights as a content creator
- Verification of your identity, age, and consent
- Clear understanding of content usage and distribution
- Establishment of your relationship with SarmasDolas
2. Eligibility Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
To create content on SarmasDolas, you MUST meet ALL of the following requirements:
Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide valid government-issued identification
Identity Verification
You must provide valid identity documents that clearly show your face, date of birth, and full legal name
Voluntary Participation
Your participation must be completely voluntary, without any coercion, force, or undue influence
Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction
Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
Content Ownership
You must have all necessary rights to create and distribute your content
3. Verification Process
Required Verification Documents
Before you can begin creating content, you must submit the following documentation:

- Driver's license
Requirements:
- Document must be current and not expired
- Photo must be clear and legible
- All information must be visible and unobstructed
- Date of birth must clearly show you are 18 or older
Photo Requirements:
- Clear, well-lit photo of you holding your ID next to your face
- Your face and ID information must be clearly visible
- Photo taken within the last 30 days
- No filters, editing, or digital manipulation
This verifies that you are the person shown on the ID document.
Consent Form Requirements:
- Completed and signed Creator Consent Agreement
- Signature must match the name on your ID
- All sections must be fully completed
- Form must be dated within the last 30 days
If other individuals appear in your content:
- Each person must provide their own ID verification
- Each person must sign their own consent agreement
- Each person must provide a selfie with their ID
- All documentation must be submitted before content publication
CRITICAL: Content featuring unverified individuals will be rejected immediately and may result in account suspension.
4. Consent Declarations
By signing this Agreement, you explicitly confirm and declare that:
Personal Declarations
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are participating voluntarily without coercion
- You have the legal capacity to enter this agreement
- All information provided is accurate and truthful
- You understand the nature of the content you will create
- You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Rights and Permissions
- You own or have rights to all content you create
- You grant SarmasDolas permission to host and distribute your content
- You understand how your content will be used
- You waive certain rights as specified in this agreement
- You acknowledge payment terms and conditions
- You understand content cannot be fully retracted once distributed
5. Content Rights and Usage
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by uploading content to SarmasDolas, you grant us the following rights:
Licensed Rights to SarmasDolas:
- Hosting and Storage: Right to store your content on our servers
- Distribution: Right to distribute your content to paying users
- Display: Right to display your content on our platform
- Streaming: Right to stream your live broadcasts
- Promotion: Right to create thumbnails, previews, and promotional materials
- Technical Processing: Right to encode, transcode, and optimize your content
- Archive: Right to maintain archives for legal and operational purposes
Geographic Scope: The license you grant is worldwide and allows SarmasDolas to distribute your content globally unless you specify geographic restrictions.
Duration: The license remains in effect for as long as your content is hosted on our platform, plus an additional period as required by law or for archival purposes.
6. Compensation and Payment
Revenue Share Model: SarmasDolas operates on a revenue-sharing model where creators earn a percentage of revenue generated from their content:
- Payment terms are specified in your Creator Account agreement
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
- Payments are processed according to the schedule in your account settings
- You must provide valid payment information to receive compensation
- Chargebacks or refunds may be deducted from your earnings
7. Prohibited Content
Strictly Prohibited Content
The following types of content are absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
Illegal Content
- Any content involving minors (under 18)
- Non-consensual content
- Content depicting illegal activities
- Content violating local or international laws
Harmful Content
- Violence or extreme harm
- Content promoting self-harm
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Harassment or bullying
Deceptive Content
- Misrepresentation of identity
- Impersonation
- Fraudulent content
- Misleading information
Rights Violations
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark violations
- Privacy violations
- Unauthorized use of others' content
8. Content Removal and Withdrawal
Your Right to Remove Content: You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting support. However:
- We will process removal requests within 72 hours
- Content may remain in backups and archives as required by law
- Content already distributed to users cannot be fully retracted
- We may retain copies for legal, safety, or operational purposes
- Removal does not affect content that has been recorded or downloaded by users
Important Understanding
Once content is published online, it may be recorded, shared, or redistributed by users. Complete removal from the internet is not possible. Consider this carefully before creating and publishing content.
9. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement by:
- Closing your creator account
- Requesting account deletion through support
- Ceasing all content creation activities
SarmasDolas may terminate this Agreement if:
- You violate any terms of this Agreement
- You upload prohibited content
- You fail to maintain required verifications
- You engage in fraudulent activities
- Legal or safety concerns arise
10. Acknowledgment and Signature
Final Consent Declaration
By signing below, I acknowledge and confirm that:
- I have read and understood this entire Agreement
- I have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek legal advice
- I am entering this Agreement voluntarily without coercion
- All information I have provided is accurate and truthful
- I meet all eligibility requirements
- I understand the rights I am granting to SarmasDolas
- I understand the nature of the content I will create
- I accept all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement
