• Content hosting and distribution
• User account creation and management
• Secure payment processing through authorized partners
• Customer support and technical assistance
• Creator tools and analytics

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

You agree to:

• Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create and upload to our platform. However, by uploading content, you grant SarmasDolas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and distribute your content
• Display your content to users who have paid to access it
• Use your content for platform operation and improvement
• Create thumbnails, previews, and promotional materials

Platform Rights: The LiveChat platform, including its design, features, graphics, software, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive intellectual property of SarmasDolas. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, CCBill. By making a purchase, you agree to CCBill's terms and conditions.

Pricing: Prices for services are displayed in the currency specified on the platform and may vary based on the type of service or content accessed.

Billing: Depending on the service selected, you may be billed on a per-transaction basis, subscription basis, or another pricing model as clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors, unauthorized charges, or as required by law. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team.

SarmasDolas maintains comprehensive content moderation policies to ensure platform safety and legal compliance. ALL user-uploaded content undergoes mandatory pre-screening before publication.

Multi-Stage Pre-Screening Process:

Stage 1 - Creator Verification (Before Upload Permission):

• Identity Verification: Creators must submit government-issued photo ID before gaining upload privileges
• Age Verification: All individuals appearing in content must have verified age documentation (18+)
• Consent Documentation: Signed Creator Consent Agreement required from all participants
• Account Approval: Only verified creators receive permission to upload content

Stage 2 - Automated Pre-Screening (Immediate):

• Content Classification: AI-powered systems analyze uploaded content for prohibited material
• Metadata Verification: System validates that all required documentation is attached
• Technical Compliance: Automated checks for file format, quality, and technical standards
• Duplicate Detection: System scans for previously flagged or prohibited content
• Initial Flagging: Content flagged by automated systems is held for human review

Stage 3 - Human Moderation Review (Before Publication):

• Manual Content Review: Trained moderators review all content before it goes live
• Consent Verification: Moderators verify that valid consent documentation exists for all participants
• Age Verification Check: Visual verification that all participants appear to be 18+ and match provided ID documentation
• Legal Compliance Review: Verification that content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Community Standards Review: Ensures content meets platform community guidelines
• Approval Decision: Content must receive explicit moderator approval before publication

Stage 4 - Publication Controls:

• Restricted Visibility: New content is initially published with limited visibility for monitoring
• Early Monitoring: Newly published content receives enhanced monitoring for first 48 hours
• User Reporting Integration: Published content subject to user reporting mechanisms

Stage 5 - Ongoing Post-Publication Monitoring:

• Continuous Monitoring: All published content subject to ongoing automated and manual monitoring
• Random Audits: Regular random audits of published content and associated documentation
• User Reports: All user-submitted reports are investigated by moderation team
• Re-verification: Periodic re-verification of creator credentials and consent documentation

Rejection and Removal: We reserve the right to reject, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates our policies or applicable laws, including but not limited to content with:

• Unverified age or identity of participants
• Missing or invalid consent documentation
• Depictions of illegal activities
• Violations of community guidelines
• Content that fails any stage of pre-screening review
• Content flagged by automated systems or user reports

SarmasDolas provides services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SarmasDolas shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions or content of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SarmasDolas, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or distribute through our platform

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a risk to other users or the platform
• Fail to respond to verification requests

Upon termination, your right to access and use the services immediately ceases. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Provide a reasonable period for you to review the changes

Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are committed to ensuring that all individuals appearing on our platform do so voluntarily, with full consent, and without any form of exploitation.

Our Commitments:

• Rigorous Verification: All content creators must complete a comprehensive identity and age verification process before uploading any content
• Consent Documentation: We require valid consent documentation for all individuals appearing in content hosted on our platform
• Proactive Monitoring: Our team actively monitors content and user behavior to identify potential indicators of trafficking or exploitation
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: We work closely with law enforcement agencies and report any suspected cases of human trafficking immediately
• Industry Collaboration: We participate in industry initiatives and information-sharing programs to combat trafficking

Warning Signs We Monitor:

• Signs of physical or emotional coercion
• Restricted freedom of movement or communication
• Evidence of third-party control over content creation or earnings
• Inconsistent or suspicious identity documentation
• Appearance of distress or unwillingness to participate
• Multiple individuals using the same account or verification documents

Reporting Mechanism: If you suspect human trafficking or exploitation on our platform, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

• Direct Contact: Contact form in your account dashboard

Enforcement Actions: Upon receiving a report or identifying potential trafficking indicators, we will:

• Immediately suspend the account(s) in question

• Preserve all relevant evidence for law enforcement
• Report to appropriate authorities as required by law
• Permanently ban individuals found to be involved in trafficking or exploitation
• Take legal action when appropriate

Training and Education: SarmasDolas provides regular training to all staff members on:

• Recognizing signs of human trafficking and exploitation
• Proper reporting procedures
• Legal obligations and compliance requirements
• Victim support and trauma-informed responses

Policy Updates: This Anti-Human Trafficking Policy is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect best practices, legal requirements, and industry standards. We remain committed to continuous improvement in our efforts to combat trafficking and exploitation.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SarmasDolas regarding the use of our services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
